Can i have a c-section by choice?

this is my 3rd pregnancy i am so excited but my other labours were soooo bad im petrified of giving birth naturally again..with my first i haemoraged so bad i was unconsious and needed 3 transfusions so on my second labour i was already scared i got induced at 40+15 days and i was sent down for emergency c-section as my little girls heart beat was goin too low and was in a bad position i ***** of pushed her out or her neck would of broke.im so frightened when i think about it i just want to cry i sound like a big baby i no...i have always wanted a big family and didnt let the fright stop me can anyone help me out on this one please!
