My really oily and dandruffy hair. Help plz!?

Ok so my hair is really oily and dandruffy, I cant really afford to buy anything expenseve is there any ideas and also. I have dark blonde hair wih a fring and layers my shortest layer is just bellow my ears I could really use some help styling my hair if you can think of any.. but I really need help with my oily hair but if you can think of hairstyles and some oily hair help that would be great! thx everyone!!
