Toshiba Computer Problems?

ok, my tosithiba compute just started acting up, every time i turn it on it stays on the screen that says"TOSHIBA leading innovation" it will not p this, even if i press F2 to go to Setup Utillity, F12 to go to Boot Manager, Please help, cuz i got some stuff on my computer i need, this computer was working the other day and now it just Randomly started doing this. HELP!!!!
