Help Me! I am a woman...I'm 5'9' 311lbs. I've gained about 60lbs!?
In the last 3yrs I've gained 60lbs. So...three yrs ago I was 255lbs...at that time I had lost 10lbs to get to that weight. To look at me I don't appear to be 311lbs...when I went to the doctor the nurse thought the scale was wrong LOL (it's the height and the way I'm proportioned)...and I can move and be active, but I know I've been eating eating eating my azz off. I don't eat red meat or pork (not saying that makes you lose weight), I do eat poultry and seafood, AND cheese and sweets, and nachos (w/cheese, sour cream)...not all the time do I eat those foods, but I'm not being active enough. I went to the track ran two laps a few days ago, then went and played tennis for a couple of hours...but I'm just not being persistent. I'm on yahoo answers knowing d*mn well what my problem is. Cut back and exercise. I guess I'm just wanting some feedback from someone in a similar situation, or who has been in this situation...or is a traniner and has tips...or is just good at giving weight loss advice. I'm so sick and tired of this sh*t. I'm going to start tomorrow. (if any trainers are reading this I'm in Detroit, MI area).
