Do the trade now! You have tons of depth at C/PF with Howard, Okur, and Marion. Losing Aldridge won't hurt you. Plus with the addition on Manu he becomes your best shooting guard which you need an upgrade in. I think this trade may put you over the top because you get that scorer that your team needs.
