Would Vince McMahon ever sell the rights to WCW to anyone?

I was thinking maybe Dixie Carter should buy the rights from McMahon and change the TNA name to WCW. I think the company would be a lot more marketable because more people are familiar with WCW then TNA. It would be more profitable too she can use the old WCW trademarks, programing, and make money from the merchandise. She would be able to bring back Nitro and put it on spike T.V. to compete head to head with RAW. In my opinion this is the only way TNA will be able to compete with the WWE and possibly #1 in the ratings is by dropping TNA and becoming a new WCW and I think she should pay whatever McMahon asks for it would be worth it the long run. Getting Hogan alone will not do anything but get TNA a ratings push for a year and that's it, after that the rating will drop down and become worst than they are now. Spike will drop TNA programing and will to go out of buisness because they have no programing anymore and they have to payout the inflated contracts of veteran stars like Hogan,Savage,Sting and Flair etc. Stars that Hogan will bring in 2010. Just my opinion tell me what you think.
