Can i transfer my wyoming llc into a utah llc?

Is there an easy way of turning my wyomung llc into a utah llc? Or is there another state that i can easily form the llc in that is transfereable with utah? Better yet, what is the easiest method for obtaining a limited liability company in utah in the field of steel stud framing and drywall?
