What's your favourite type of coffee?

My favorite is the one someone else makes for me. However, I like a good cappocino made from home ground espresso beans. The difference in the taste is the quality of the beans when picked (climate can affect them just like gs for wine) and the type of roasting done. Over cooked beans make a bitter cup of coffee.
