I am on 100mg of clomid hcg shot on cd 13?

my follicle size was 19,21,22,23 this is last chance i have before i have to go to ivf. Well this is the first cycle i had multiple follicles i was scared at first because my husbands a identical twin and i have twins on my side of the family but we don't care i'll love them all the same. I just wondering what that means for me. I hope this time it works. I was suprised on how many follicles there were i am on cd 15 now waiting till may 29 to get a beta test ran. has anybody had any luck or do you think i have a better chance cause my re won't give the hcg shot unless the follice is a size20mm or bigger. I don't know anything will help right now. anybody have any success with this many?
