I really need your help seriously...?

okk so a little while ago i got my hair cut a little ped my chest with layers supposed to be in the middle of my chest, but the stupid lady cut my rite side layer soo short that its above my chest!! and its like un even and i want to grow my hair really long and stuff.. so if i want to cut my hair to get my hair even it is going to have to be cut up above my chest and i want my hair long not short so is there ANY thing that can make my hair grow longer/faster?? please helpp i hate this situation!
