HI I am lecturer and working 8-5 pm.Actually I am suffering from back pain?

Its starts from period time but this is not a big deal I always suffers form this pain but this time I am suffering from Whole back pain not lower but middle and upper also.after over the Periods I am suffering from this pain and its unlimited pain I took medicine for that but there is no reaction of that .From this pain I also suffering fromheadacheh actually i amMigrainee[Full] patient plz help me how can i come over from this?
