Should i just tell her how i feel?

so theres this girl. ive known her since elementary school, we have always been ggood friends. well latley i feel like i have feelings for her and now i dont know what to do. she shows signs that she likes me and other people tell me its obvious that she does but im really scared to tell her how i feel...what the **** should i do!?!?!?!
