What does my dream mean?

Let me explain some things before I get into depth with the dream. I have a grandmother who is very sickly. My mom and I always go our local Walgreens to pick up her prescriptions. She is very weak and can't do it herself. OK? Well, one night, I was dreaming that I was driving a big green Dodge Ram. I was driving to that Walgreens we always go, but then the police all of a sudden popped up on me. I was feeling intense fear because I was too young to have a license, so I sped down the streets. I put the pedal to the metal and ran off. But the police seemed to catch me anyway... I was very scared! And that is when I woke up.
