does anybody know what a good program would be for me to lose weight? I am 6'1 260 pounds. I am pretty muscular from football but also very fat. I want to get down to about 210. What is a good regimen for me to use every day that will cut down my body fat. How many calories should I eat and how long should I exercise? How long should I plan on it taking to reach my target weight (1 year maybe?) I appreciate anything advice. Thanks!
